Gauze masks are usually replaced after cleaning 3-7 times, and gauze masks with particularly good quality can be cleaned 10 times. For masks of the activated carbon mask type, pay attention to regular replacement of the activated carbon interlayer. If the activated carbon interlayer cannot be replaced, it should be replaced after 7 to 14 days. This mask cannot be washed and reused.
Pay attention to the use of gauze masks
1. The outer layer of a mask usually accumulates a lot of dirt and bacteria in the outside air. The mask is expensive but the inner layer will block the exhaled bacteria and saliva. Therefore, the two sides cannot be used interchangeably, otherwise the dirt contaminated by the outer layer will be inhaled into the body when it is directly attached to the face and become a source of infection.
2. When you are not wearing a mask, you should fold it up and put it in a clean envelope. The mask near the nose and mouth should be folded inward. The price of the mask must not be put in your pocket or hung around your neck.
3. If the mask is wetted by exhaled hot air or saliva, its function of blocking bacteria will be greatly reduced. Therefore, it is best to prepare more masks for replacement, once a day.
