1. Wash your hands and keep them clean;
2. Choose a medical surgical mask suitable for your face shape, support the outer layer of the mask with one hand, aim your fingertips at the metal strip, and cover your mouth, nose and chin with the mask;
3. Pull the upper headband above your head and hang it behind your head. Pull the lower headband over your head and hang it under your neck and ears. People with long hair should hang the lower headband under the hair;
4. Use both hands and fingers to move outwards while pressing down the metal strip from the bridge of the nose to make the nose stuck on the bridge of the nose;
5. Check the air tightness after putting on a medical surgical mask each time, covering the outside of the mask with both hands: if it is a version without breathing valve, exhale quickly (positive pressure) to check if there is any leakage at the edge of the mask; if it is with breathing valve Version, you should quickly inhale (negative pressure) to check for leaks.
6. If there is a leak, you need to readjust the position of the nose clip or mask. If it cannot be sealed all the time, you need to replace other medical surgical masks that are closer to your face.
When you need to take off the mask, you can loosen the lower headband hanging on the top of your head and neck, and then loosen the upper headband hanging on the back of your head, so that your hands can avoid touching the outside of the mask and reduce the chance of contact with germs.
Everyone must learn how to wear medical surgical masks correctly, otherwise the professional protective masks bought at a high price will not achieve the ideal protective effect because of improper use, which is too cost-effective!
