1. Tear along the opening of the package and remove the hemorrhoid ligator.
2. Check whether the product is contaminated or deteriorated before use.
3. Operation steps of the product:
Patients were taken lateral decubitus position, knee-chest position or lithotomy position, and the skin of surgical field was routinely disinfected.
- Insert an anal endoscope, disinfect rectum and anal canal, expose dentate lines and internal hemorrhoids.
Connect the negative pressure suction joint with the external negative pressure suction system and confirm that the negative pressure release switch is closed.
- Insert the gun barrel through the anal endoscope and aim at the target, suck the target tissue into the gun barrel under negative pressure suction, and turn the trigger wheel when the negative pressure reaches - 0.08 to - 0.1MPa until the rubber ring is released, then the target tissue will be trapped.
- Open the negative pressure release switch and release the ligated tissue (about the size of the small finger), the same method for the next part of the ligation.
